Our regular production time, the time it takes for us to prepare and create your handmade pieces, ranges about 1-4 business days. We understand the excitement in receiving your orders ASAP, so we do try our very best to create your order sooner rather than later.
Packages are shipped by the United States Post Office (USPS) first-class mail with tracking number. If in a time rush, you can upgrade shipping to Priority mail or Express mail upon checking out...
- First Class : 2-5 business days
- Priority Mail : 1-4 business days
- Express Mail : 1-2 business days
For International Orders
- First class 3-4 weeks or longer
International packages have no tracking number available and packages can be delayed due to customs.
**FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please be aware there may be a form of tax or duties that may be due at the time of delivery. Tax and Duty fees are not included in my shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your local post office will hold the package until these fees are paid. Please check with your country if this fee is required, it is at the expense of the customer.
If the fees are not paid within a reasonable amount of time your package may be returned to me. Once I receive the package I will happily reship. The additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
