WHERE DO I PUT MY PERSONALIZATION?

In the listing that you are interested in, there is a Personalization Box available. That is where you can go ahead and put your personalization request, font #, or other important details if needed. If font number not specified, we will go ahead and put default font or best font available. 

WHAT IS THE BEST FORMAT TO PUT MY PERSONALIZATION ON THE PERSONALIZATION BOX?

The best format to use is as follows;

For Bracelets                                                 For Necklaces/Keychains 

Outside: your request                                   Front: your request

This varies depending on what engraving sides you purchase.
Clear and easily understandable instructions will significantly speed up completion process. 

HOW DO I ORDER THE CORRECT WRIST SIZE?

For Bracelets: Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bracelet, with a measuring tape or string. Measure the piece of string flat next to a ruler. Add extra room for a comfortable wear and that will be the correct wrist size to order. Please note the wrist size you order will be the inside circumference of the bracelet, NOT the total length of the bracelet. Please make sure you add extra room for a comfortable wear. I WILL NOT ADD EXTRA ROOM TO THE WRIST SIZE REQUESTED.

For Necklaces, just use a piece of string to wrap it around your neck. Determine how long or short you want your necklace to be. Then just measure the string of the desired length. Necklace length is measured from end to end.

 WHAT'S THE AVERAGE WRIST SIZE FOR MEN AND WOMEN?

The average wrist size for men is size 8 inches (8").

The average wrist size for women is size 6.5 inches - 7.0 inches (6.5" - 7.0")

LEATHER/JEWELRY IMPERFECTIONS? 

Some color leather may appear slightly different than in the picture due to dye interaction with certain leather and lighting. All items in our shop are handmade and crafted by us, expect small imperfections (that is what makes these gifts unique). Please be assured we aim for top quality and craft. 

CAN I SHOWER OR GET MY JEWELRY WET?

We recommend to not get any of our jewelry wet. Leather pieces are made with genuine leather and it is best to not get it wet as it can damage the leather and cause it to not last long. Our metal pieces are durable and heavy duty stainless steel and will not tarnish or turn your skin green, however we suggest to avoid water so the beauty of your piece can last a very long time. 

HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY? 

For leather pieces, we recommend to use a damp cloth with a bit of hand soap (moisture free) and gently wipe down the leather. Let air dry before wearing again. For Stainless steel pieces, clean often with water and mild soap. Rinse and dry with a silver polishing cloth.
