Most of our items are completely handmade, customized, and personalized made specially for you. Due to this, not all times are 100% refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of Custom and Personalized pieces, there are NO refunds, returns or exchanges. However, If there is an error by our side please contact me within 3 days of delivery and we will happily find a solution for you
Items that are not personalized, we gladly accept returns/exchanges just contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in the event of an exchange or refund.
All items that are being returned must be returned with their original packaging + tracking number.
Adjustments
We understand the struggle of not ordering the correct size or mistakenly messing up on the personalization request. Which is why we offer resizing fees, adjustment fees, and discounted remakes. Please contact us via email for more information about your specific case.
Damages or lost mail
We know certain situations happen and it's unpreventable. If you receive a damage piece for any reason at all please contact us and we will find a solution and make it right asap. For lost mail, we are not responsible for lost mail, we have no control once we drop off packages to the USPS. Please check tracking number for tracking and history information. Nevertheless, please contact us as well and we will find a solution.
Cancelation Policy
